TEMPORARY EXPORT MANAGER

The Temporary Export Management (T.E.M.) service is a part-time intervention, which meets all or several of the following demands:

  • Necessity to increase turnover and actively search for new customers abroad in a manner consistent with needs

  • Need for a qualitative, specific, methodical, specialized, professional and continuous market research, both in small and medium-sized enterprises >
  • Difficulty with languages
  • Difficulty in finding figures on the market who are already properly trained and supported specifically for this type of work (non-accounting development)
  • Willingness or need to open new markets or to diversify your customer base
  • Need to focus thoroughly on certain growth targets by means of concrete marketing techniques, tested in the field, chosen on the basis of the company’s organization and its real possibilities or limits
  • Supporting the existing sales force (e.g. difficulty in managing existing customers, emergency situations, personal turnover, generational change)
  • Supporting the management in the planning/drafting of the internationalization process (Strategy, Business Plan/Guidelines, opening offices abroad, process of entering a foreign market, development of the sales network)
  • Training and support of internal Junior figures until they achieve autonomy
  • Acquisition of a continuous and valuable Business development method in general
  • Need for orientation and support on the web (use of social b2b, website, e-commerce, web marketing), research and reporting of new suppliers, business organization, orientation towards efficiency, orientation towards innovation and HR
